But speaking for myself, this image board format feels weird for giving feedback because you have to make a whole post to do it -- and filling up a thread with 'That's sexy' or whatever actually kills it quicker because of post limits, and pushes the content itself out of view on the front page.

(I don't know how to solve this -- in other sorts of places you can add stars/hearts/likes/faves without cluttering things up, but a chan isn't really designed to showcase individual artists).

Or maybe gurochanners are just ungrateful gits who feel entitled to have free art served without even bothering to say thanks. In which case you should feel free to find a more appreciative audience :)
