We need one where the creature is face fucking the victim in a 69 position. The creature thrust so hard that its huge balls swing and smack her face hard enough to knock her out for a a few seconds while it goes to town on her temporarily limp body. Just as she starts to regain consciousness the creature plunges into her lungs and empties it's bucket load.
