Maybe you could use the bloodparticle-animation-thingy on a really small scale (sometimes less is more) when the guy thrusts his knife in. As for the bloodtexture, if you'd have the camera rotate slightly throughout the scene or even cut from one angle to another you could change the texture in say three or four steps (the bloodpool getting bigger, maybe also her pussy and legs getting bloody). That way you could cover up that the blood isn't actually animated except for the spraying particles.

I haven't worked with sfm myself, so I don't know if this would be doable and even if it could be done I don't know how much work you'd have to put into it, so please don't feel pressured by my uneducated proposals! :)

As for time: Good things always take their time, don't they? So even if there'd be no blood involved I'd still love to see whatever you can (and like to) come up with. So no need to hurry! :)
