With "just" the violence I think we're already way past what most people would consider common decency, so I don't think there's any point in censoring yourself if you want to include both topics. As a personal preference I'm a fan of both, especially at the same time as I like the idea of mental trauma in addition to the physical, so to me the hottest images in this thread are the ones with both adult and minor victims as I like to imagine one being the parent of the other.

Anyway, that's just me. I think you should focus on what you want and create for yourself first and others second.
