Funny, can you help me out here? I have everything installed you listed - BUT, I was never able to find a Deadly Mutilation Patch for SOS! So, I think because of this, whenever I go to interact with a corpse after using Namira's knives on it, it completely rebuilds the corpse :( Can you help me out by possibly linking or uploading the SOS DM Patch to Mega or something?
