Sadly yes, more extreme, more complex... hehe...
Well, I've tried to make some generic morphs so i can have some quicker ways to make it, but then you're limited, and always I've found myself tweaking things in Zbrush to have more accuracy, so now i prefer start from scratch, is less work and is fun...
Sheometry shells can not have morphs, but you can make changes on the parent mesh and will follow all the deformations, so I think for me is very good for blood over her body... And you can have a different shader, LIE is nice, but you have to use the same shader for the skin and the blood... I use LIE for wounds (painting and making normal and displacement in ZBrush) and on top of that you always have the geometry shell for the dropping blood...
