As Onix says, a little more variety in the victims and perhaps the killers as well. A killer that's somewhat easier on the eyes once in awhile would be grand.

That said, I'd like to see more drawn out death scenes, like the colon being drawn out of asshole during an orgy of death and destruction. Occasionally come back to her to see how she's doing.

That sort of thing. I'm also going to assume you like to stick with the fantasy setting of things, right? Lets see some magic!
