The Cat behind her leaned down and whispered in her ear, “That’s gonna be you, lil white girl”. Mary said nothing. She looked down, her eyes beginning to fill with tears. “You hear me, lil white girl?” the Cat hissed in her ear, “we’re gonna kill ya. I’m gonna squish your lil bitch ass face in her ass till you die!”. Mary didn’t want to die. She didn’t want to end up like Amber, her lifeless body laid out on the classroom floor. She didn’t want to end up like Chloe, who’s struggles began to slow. It didn’t matter what she wanted. It only matter what she did. She needed to escape, to run. Break a window, try to get out the door before they grabbed her. Something, anything, to avoid ending up one more Black Cat victim on the TV.
