I actually really dig both versions of the story. Maybe have the virus be zombifying (if you can get or simulate some kinda zombie effect on models in HS, no idea if you can or not) and the lesbian zombies take advantage of the fact that they don't need to breathe when they shove their tongue down someone's throat, suffocating their victims to death only to have them come back and join them.

Granted, lesbian zombies does sound like a pretty silly idea but fuck it, I like it.
