That's an interesting idea. Problem is, its tricky to express without text (which is how itd be up on my pixiv) so it might be complicated. Still, some kind of lethal + sexual corruption is worth looking into at least. I like the idea!

I actually came to post an idea that came to mind today, maybe you can share your thoughts. Its a 4th Black Cats set, this time with the victim being a young girl who'd escaped them, their first survivor. After the rist scene (potentially a TV interview where she talks about her experience), she goes home and goes to bed, only to have her home invaded by the Cats she escaped. This time there's no way out, and she knows exactly whats in store for her...
