I am guessing that to create and erection on a corpse, you would have to make four injections with a fluid, two at the base near the anus and two to each side of the exposed portion. I figure the injection could be water or light oil with a substance that encourages capillary action and with a red dye. The veins leaving the penis can be closed off with CA glue.
