Well, I did not meant that you had to do it in detail of flesh being ripped apart(as that would be pretty hard to do and irrelevant to the story), just the picture of girl along with some dog or whatever else, or just her alone in the worst case, to make some gap between one day and another. That would be very easy to make except that it would require some rendering time.

Sure you can leave things to the imagination, but you have to give some hint for that imagination

I also often end in the similar situations where I have to insert some dummy picture just to separate things and not make them look as if they are a continuation of the same action.
