Hey, same dude working with Pudzuz here. The same mistake are bond to happen, but you are getting better and noticing the smaller details. I think some youtube tutorials on smoothing out the animation would be the best bet besides asking others animators (Pudzuz>:)) how they made theirs. I've been avoiding posting because I dont have an animation do to other worldy things but you far better than you think. Everyone learns at their own pace, but you manage to secure some things. Like compared to your first animation (which didnt have many facial expressions and was a few seconds long) you learned alot more and how to inject smaller details. If you really want to see what I mean, look at everyones first animations and I mean everyones (they didnt suck but weren't all the way up there). Being stuck in the noob stage sucks but from Noobhood come Godhood. Practice makes perfect:) Also, if you feel like you haven't done a great job [even though this concept was nice, (just naturalization is like practically the only problem you have) especially having the head turn all around which is rare (shoulda done something with that btw>>:)] you can hold the same animation and keep adjusting it till you think its ok. We give feedback not to be petty but to bring attention to details that will make you pro. We love all the animators here. They provide an outlet we don't really have and I would love to see what more you produce. Now get those fingers the animating nooblet>:)
