The reality of her words hit Jade like a train. Her sister hadn't so much as roll over as she screamed and struggled..... "No! You're.... you're lying!! She can't be d.... no! She can't be!"

"Mm-hmm!" the Cat confirmed her fears, "Gone forever! Even broke her pretty little neck!" As tears began to form in Jade's eyes, the Cat decided to torture her further. "You know..." she whispered to the terrified young girl, "if you'd just died like a good lil bitch, your sis would still be alive. She wouldn't have had to beg for mercy right before I crushed the life out of her. You just HAD to be a big hero...."
