what licence?
there is no license for iray as it is integrated into Daz and cannot be obtained as separate component
If everything works you do not need to worry about any licenses.
I guess iray license may be related to the fact that they eventually drop support for older GPUs
If you have radeon card it will be prety useless for rendering with iray
