Next, thank you Drabok for your great work and implementing suggestion from the comments (ballerina sideshow).
If I may also make some suggestions. I agree with serge: Clara is a ballerina therefore it would be a waste not to use this in the story.

First, ballerinas are very flexible Tommi could explore how it feels/ how deep he can go if her legs are in a 180 degree angle. For inspiration of possible positions I can recommend Imouto Juunan Taisou | Younger Sister's Calisthenics [Shinobu Tanei].

Second, I always wanted to see a bloody fuck where the guy wears a penis sleeve with metal spikes on the outside. Something like in the image. Also in >>17742 Tommi was dissatisfied not to see any blood while fucking her. This is his chance to make this desire come true.

These two ideas can also be beautifully combined which would fulfil two of my wishes at the same time and I am pretty sure would greatly satisfy Tommi.

The third suggestion involves hanging Clara not necessary to kill her but maybe simply as a way of torture. In this scenario Tommi put a rope around her neck and pulls her up. The only way for her not suffocate is to stand on the tip of her toes on a small wooden block or brick. Tommi could watch her relaxed while thinking of what to do next. Or he could do this because he needs to go for a short while and wants to be sure she behaves herself (is unable do anything) in the meanwhile.

My last suggestion is for Laura and Darla. Maybe Laura she was Bob’s girl after all. Bob was rich and a brute. I image him as an amateur boxer or martial artist, who has a trophy or something modelled after his own fist. Combine the trophy with a fuck machine - I hope you see where this is going with the girls positions in these restraining constructs.
