Ok,I am not specialist and if I am not wrong its your second job but I noticed that movements are not completely smooth.You should spend more time to animate each frame and experiments with the light and your animations will look awesome and proffessional.
Also,thank you for FF XIV awesome game and awesome job,for second one.Keep it up :)
P.S. Could you do some guro with "Alice" from "Alice madness returns" ?
