While it is nice work but here are few remarks about technology:
making big resolution images with pretty bad rendering quality makes no sense. you better make them smaller than make them noisy. But maybe you already know that yourself and only did that for few pictures

Your blood splatter is pretty good (maybe sometimes a bit too dark), but blood drips on the skin need some more work

considering the content of your work it is hard to say something because it is pretty random so we cannot make comment about the story.
in those situations, I ask authors to put some description of what they are doing. This makes everything buch better.
