Rolance on DA has uploaded a model of her; you should be able to make her headless with optional items, as she does come with stumps. If you people want pre-separated Alisa models, though, I wouldn't mind making them for you.

Also, I found this Tekken 7 screenshot not too long ago, it would be amazing if someone took similar ones of her detached head moves in various angles, especially if it has Alisa wearing her skimpier outfits.
