Exhentai has rules against realistic 3d lolicon. They aren't always enforced so there is a chance this stuff might stay if you post it there, but i wouldn't be surprised if it gets deleted.

Pixiv is the better option for this content. They have some rules that aren't always enforced either and from what i have seen they might ask you to censor some stuff, but i don't think they have a problem with your content in general. There is a lot of 3d loli on pixiv, including some torture.

Maybe somebody knows a good darknet site for this stuff, but i don't. Pixiv is probably the only option for this content when gurochan goes down. And i think that is a "when" and not "if" at this point, i don't think the admins are coming back.
