Hmmm, personally I would suggest Pixiv. There is a lot of such content, but you need a censored opening pic to post anything that contains lolis or gore (not sure), well, everyone does that so I think thats necessary. If speaking about safety Gurochan is the most safe place but in my opinion it's too unstable to gain followers or popularity. Who knows when this place will disappear.
