well, that was my mistake as well when I started working with Daz as I downloaded lots of old stuff which happens to be pretty useless.

You will not find any genitalia for kids 4, you kinda can apply something esle or even adjust some other genitalia to make it fit K4 using Z-brush but to avoid all that hassle I recommend starting with Genesis 8 or Genesis 3
If you are so in love with K4 figures(since they are actually pretty attractive) there is another solution which I also use you can get morphs for genesis to K4 then apply K4 or Victoria 4 textures to genesis
