How about having mikasa fucked to death in same way with the titans fingering her and making her bleed then one version when they kill her with one finger going through her stomach and another version when they kill her with one finger going all the way through her throat and her mouth.
Seems epic. But I dunno if you ever tried to work on a size difference stuff before.
