A slow and fatal large insertion would be my fantasy come true actually but I dont know if OP would want to spend the time to make it.
He mentionned himself that choking animations are already very time consuming to make. I don't even imagine the effort needed to make a full ''impalement'' animation, a slow one that is. It would'nt need to be all the way through either, just under the ribcage is a sweetspot for me but not everyone has the same taste, especially on these things.

I've never really requested it either, I'm more of a lurker on these threads but OP is kinda special with the way he deals with expressions so well. Seeing the victims reaction to whats happening to them would be half the thrill, they could even like it and it would still be hot.
