SkinTexMod allows you to add a texture on a body (blood, water etc…) or edit the texture yourself. Blood Skintexes are easy to find.

HoneyShot captures your screen at a very high resolution, so it works kinda like antialiasing on your screens, you can change the size of a pic in any software later.

Some mod is allowing you to change the clothes right inside the studio. It's very useful… for a quick ddismemberment or something else, you know. Some other mod allows you to incredibly adjust the lighting and other effects. You may search this mods on Hongfire or Discord. Just don't install LRE - it's just too specific.

Ultra Char editor allows you to change character's parameters outside of the game, like changing skin or anything else. It it very useful, for example, to make a wounded version of your character without creating it from scratch.

Roy 12 made many conversions of videogame girls, like Dead or Alive, fully clothed and customised.

HSPE is a useful, but a little complicated tool to better pose your character. The posing in this game sucks so much you can't imagine. Also this tool allows you to make some body parts disappear.

There is also Mortal Kombat props, other gore props, torture devices, weapons, clothes, hairs, useful utilities and everything - it's all in the Discord, just search "gore" or something, I dunno.
