To be honest, I really hoped for something new for christmas or new year's.

But, much more important:
OP, I hope you're fine, that you had some great holidays and could enjoy the time with your family and friends. Even though we have some maybe strange things we enjoy, this still is what really matters.
And though I'd love to see more of your work, it wouldn't be worth anything if there wasn't this bright side to our lives.
