Also, if you want suggestions, I have two of them:
1. Eyefucking: Just pushing a dick into a loli's eyesocket, destroying her eye and causing lots of pain for the little bitch.
2. Spiked inverse high heels: The loli has to stand on the balls of her feet without any support from her heel. The interesting park is that the "shoe" has no sole (except from the ball part) and a spike is pointed upwards at her heel. If she relaxes the pressure on her ball, her heel will drop, impaling herself with the spike of the shoe.
