Seconded. So far, replacing the head or torso armor of the person fixes their hair, but a lot of my dead don't have clothes for one reason or another, and you can't easily equip things on the dead.

It's from "The Evil Lair of Hydra", with a small modification to the block, I assume by the poster. The rope doesn't work, you can drop the trapdoor but nothing happens.
