(I'm no medical professional either) I actually looked this question up for the purposes of a story I was writing once. Turns out that , yeah, the pussy/uterus are well-supplied with blood, as well as highly sensitive /(duh), but aren't really vital organs either. Unless you're using some crazy huge calibre or explosive, or angle the shot so it penetrates through most of her abdomen, it's unlikely to be immediately lethal; she might pass out/die from shock, possibly bleed out, or even die from infection much later. (But there also has been a recorded case of a woman surviving a shotgun blast into her pussy, even if that one did require reconstructive surgery afterwards.) So if you only use a pistol or rifle, not some crazy overkill, I'd say it's believable enough for a girl to survive a shot to the pussy at least long enough to be finished off some other way (though she'd likely be in massive pain the whole time), which is actually something I'd like to see as well^^
