Here are some ideas that come to my mind when looking at the full picture:

- The Venus statue:
seems to be the perfect target for all sorts of "projectiles" and "targeting practice". There could be competitions / bets between guests trying to hit the best spots on the target. Some weapons that come to mind:
- airsoft guns
- darts
- blow-pipes
- arrows
..etc

- The two impaled girls at the front:
The way they are facing each other they seem perfect for any sort of competition between them.

- The blond girl arched over backwards:
If any girl is getting cut in half, she seems in the perfect position, cutting from pussy upwards towards belly and so on.

- The "Water Feature"
I would like to see how the girls in the background were "installed" as water fountain. Maybe they tell the story as flashback when the reporter asks them.

- Other Ideas:
It would be fun to see a girl wanting to escape her position, to join the fun on the other girls. (Maybe the other girls insulted her..?)
