You could still do an alternate ending where Malcolm doesn't get surprised, catches them again and then has a final torture session to kill them. I'm sure i'm not the only one who would like that. And it's not like that has to happen now or never, you can move on to other things and maybe eventually you want to come back to that. It's your decision, i'm just bringing up the option - i was looking forward to their deaths for a long time, and since up to that point no girl ever survived your stories, the possibility that could happen had never crossed my mind until you let us know you wouldn't kill them. I always thought they would try to escape again, i just didn't think they would be successful.
