I still don't think I will ever do an alternate ending for CDL. In my mind that would take away the poignancy and my heart would just not be in it.

Just a thought to illustrate this. I really really don't want to compare myself to Shakespeare. But imagine his reaction if he had been asked to write a version of Romeo and Juliet for more sensitive viewers where they don't die? Or one where they don't fall in love at all because they are both underage? One where they kill each other? Or an all Futa version? Or a version in which Romeo lends Juliet to all his friends to rape and torture?

Well, that last one might actually be an idea for a future story…
