I really don't mean any disrespect but your answer kind of illustrates my point about learning some basics about Daz Studio (Or its similar predecessor and currently only direct competitor Poser) on your own before asking questions. And I really mean basics about those programs, not 3D software in general.
You don't need knowledge in 3D object creation, mesh modeling or rigging or even much about textures to start using them. They are made for using preexisting characters and other models to create scenes. They are not meant for creating original 3D objects.
So your question about vaginas can be answered really easily. When you download and install Daz Studio you also get basic human characters for free. But then you'll need genitals for them. Some are also available for free, some (usually better ones) you have to purchase.
They come with premade morphs. So to open a vagina, you just dial "Open genitals" and its done in seconds. And how to find and use those morphs is really one of the very very basic functions of Daz Studio that you have to learn yourself.
