Rape in the water while she is struggling for air is a nice combination. This water looks clear enough to see her face while it's under water, that's good.

Drowning seems like a tricky thing to do in 3d. You want to show her struggle for air, but with too much water movement you can't see her clearly any more. There doesn't seem to be an ideal solution to that problem. I've looked through my collection and the few drownings i found by other 3d artists usually had the victim contained and then had the water slowly rising, i haven't seen anybody do a drowning like this.
