That's almost a peaceful ending for Grace. I think you are right with the way she went out, stab wounds in the belly should take a while to kill her, even though they are usually lethal if untreated, at least to my knowledge. I have no idea how painful it would be.

So since you didn't end this update on a cliffhanger of course you are teasing a twist coming up. ;-)

I'm curious what's it going to be. As long as the remaining girls are still getting tortured to death I'm almost sure I'll be fine with anything you come up with.
