Tor has nothing to do with being an artist: torproject.org
It's a way to browse the internet as anonymously as possible. Considering the nature of this content, Drabok probably uses it every time he posts on this site.

The current problems: When this site came back last year, it had a blacklist for certain IP addresses added that were automatically banned from posting. This blacklist includes Tor exit nodes, which are the IP addresses you get when you use Tor. This would prevent you from using Tor to post on this site, at least in theory. In reality the blacklist they use is using an outdated list of Tor exit nodes, meaning there are a lot of exit nodes not on this list. So we can still use Tor to post on this site, but it's annoying because we might get an error message if our current exit node is on that blacklist, then we have to get a new Tor connection and hope the new exit node is not on the blacklist. Usually it takes 2 or 3 tries, but sometimes it can take much longer.
We asked the admins to change that and they did. But then recently someone used Tor repeatedly to spam illegal stuff on this site, and it seems the admins found no better way to deal with that than to turn this blacklist back on. And they probably manually banned some IP addresses the spammer used too, and since those were all Tor exit nodes, we might end up with one of those banned IP addresses as well.
