Even though this project sounds interesting, I doubt that it would be a good idea. Especially if there is money involved. It would gain incredible media attention in a negative way very quickly if done well.

A few years ago I wondered myself if this would be an interesting thing to build, especially considering my own interest (lolis) in this. It would then really get a lot of attention I think and would probably end up hunting down the people responsible for it
