Losing her eyes was part of my request for another girl a while ago, so I hope when it's time for her that will be part of her torture. But it can certainly be done to more than just one girl - it can be part of the finish for a girl, and I think that's what I had in mind at the time, but now I think letting a girl live without eyes for a while might be just as interesting.
Not just for the actual torture of taking out her eyes, though that's part of it and hard to imagine how horrible that would be, but also for the psychological aspect: Knowing you will never see anything again is pretty rough. And of course, not seeing what's coming can be some added terror in itself - blindfolds do a good job with that, but permanently blinding a girl can work that way too.

It's also a way to expand those little games they are playing with the girls: Out of those three tortured girls, Julieta is the one getting the least information, but she still gets to see what's happening to her. The next level would be a girl who doesn't even get to see anything. Though that would admittedly work best with a blindfold, starting a torture session by taking out her eyes is a bit extreme.
But it could work if a girl has her first torture session and loses her eyes in the end of that, then she has one night to come to terms with the fact that she is now blind, and then in her next torture session she doesn't get any information at all, she can't see anything, she isn't told anything and she just has to experience all the horrible stuff without any warning at all. Or maybe a scene with two girls, one who has lost her eyes and one who can't talk, and the seeing girl has to watch how the blind one is lead into doing things that will have a horrible outcome for both of them.

Another idea I had, kinda related to that and also all those needles: You could sew something shut. For example the eyes, that's not as permanent as taking them out, but much worse than just a blindfold. Or the mouth, that would shut a girl up just like a gag, while being much more painful. Or the pussy, that would mostly be very painful, but probably not what we want to stay shut for very long - although ripping it open again should also be really painful.
