I liked most of the recent ideas: Walk to an execution seems great if you can figure out the technicalities, and Jessica is an amazing girl to spend more time with. Psychological games with a blind girl should be interesting too. Sewing is also something I would like to see, if it's not too much work - you could even sew some body parts like tits together too, or two different girls. Pear of anguish is a nice tool, if you can make what it does look good. I have seen drawings with complicated tools like that doing a lot of internal damage, but you can't really show internal damage in 3D.
