I use Daz3d its the easiest 3d program for this kinda stuff. Though its not cheap to get into. Took me a few years to get a decent amount of assets.

The model on the daz 3d site is Teen Josie 8. Her hair is a seperate item that has a few color variations, but I find red looks best on her model.
