If you have custom paths to MyLibrary or have installed Daz in a non-default location you need to set the paths in the plugin's Settings. Took a while for me to find this place in 2.8, there's a little "<" arrow icon in the top right corner next to the XYZ axis "compass". Drag it to the left and there's a vertical "DAZ Runtime" tab with the settings. Press Load/Save Settings and the "Save Default Settings" button after configuring the paths. You can then close the whole "<"-thing by grabbing the left edge and dragging all the way to the right until the "<" icon comes back.
