I I did not men posh modifier even if that is possible too, but rather just using some areola adjustment morph

although using morph or mush modifiers will be too low resolution, if you want to achieve more detail, you should rather use displacement maps.
since you are already playing with textures just make one more monochrome texture with certain places black or white on 127 grey and apply it as push modifier. also, you can increase the subdivision level too to get a sharp edge.

But dam, not that I want to criticize you but with your latest pictures I just can't see her suffering at all, looks like she is being annoyed or yawing.

This is not your problem since I have trouble with those expressions too.
Probably the reason is lack of muscle tension in their bodies
since girls look pretty relaxed like yawing.

This issue needs a bit more research.
