You are bit wrong about me.
I am not trying to make people who fell pain look like they are in some euphoria. I actually want them to look normally as if they are in pain but with one difference that for me pain is actually more like motivation thing which makes you do something so pain just comes you react and it goes away.
So I like alternating expressions like girls fells horrible pain one moment then she gets relief.
Of course girls felling euphoria from being tortured is also an option which I like, but this depends on specific character: some will like pain some will hate it.

also term "they like it" is a bit tricky, because your girls may also like it. you don't know what is in the heads after all LOL
In that aspect I like masochistic girls who actually seek real suffering, when they actually cry and suffer but still come for more for some stupid reason.
Kinda same as a girl who comes back to her boyfriend even if he gives her nothing but pain and she complains about how horrible he is how much she is suffering.

It is also very sexy if she is openly asking to be tortured, like she just cried a lot begged for mercy and after it ends she is begging for more suffering

Finally this is not only about pain but laughter too. tickling torture woud be also fun for me.

But speaking about your interests I wonder what is really your goal? You want to make girls scream or you want to make them sad broken and depressed?

I think looking from outside our interests somewhat match. If only you made if in your story somehow indicates that she wants to suffer that would be just perfect ;)
