For me, guro is a very broad topic. This pure sadistic stuff might not fit into the most strict definition of it, but this is clearly the only site for that. If other sites weren't so scared to accept lolicon, there would be other options, but as it is, there aren't any. You are already posting on pixiv, the only other site I know that would take your stuff is lolicit. And while the Tor problems here are annoying, it would probably take a while to get full access there. But if things get worse on gurochan, it might be worth a try.
