Firstly, don't respond to the troll despite their efforts no matter if they post a meme or pic or whatever they say as it distracts more from the artist and the troll may be responding to himself to insite more anger. This is a very small individual to whom needs attention and needs to tear down others or steal people's joy to make themself happy. Even if you really want to respond or voice your opinion, don't. The most toxic troll recieves a power from this. If you simply ignore the "look at me" they go away. They fight harder, but simply vanish or do something that is justifiable for being banned, like another person who tried this before whom I had the displeasure of dealing with.

Second, the situation will be handled. This is the second time i've come back to check and its still occuring, so… theres only few options left. Even though it seems insufferable, give them the option to voluntarily stop on their own before slamming them. Every person deserves a second chance, though they will likely do the same thing and make the same mistake to which welp, they had a chance. :)
