Well, I guess if you go by the dictionary definition of slut as a sexually promiscuous girl, that would be correct, but that's not how I would put it…

The thing is, like the same dictionary helpfully suggests, the word slut is a vulgar and often degratory, but as weird as it my sound with me writing such perverted stories, vulgarity and degradation are repugnant for me, and the whole point in my stories is always that nothing that happens has any vulgarity or degradation to it: if a girl lets strangers fuck her as much as they want, she's just being nice, and if she's drenched in swill (I guess the girl in your story is supposed to be drenched in semen? But it kinda looks more like she fell into a dirty puddle) it would be not degrading, showing that she fell too low to care, but quite on the contrary - elevating, showing she's above caring for such things, she's so pure that her purity is so fundamental, it just cannot possibly be sullied.

In this story of yours though it looks like vulgarity and degradation are the intention, or at least that's what I read from the girl's facial expressions. Though there's maybe something somewhat repugnant about her face even regardless of expressions, maybe it's just not the best looking model. But then you even call her a sociopath yourself. You say she doesn't care and my characters don't care either, but that's not exactly the same. My characters might not care about social norms (though really in most of my stories it's just the norms themselves that are different from real world), but they do so when they thing those norms are senseless and obsolete, the characters are in the right and the society is just too backwards. This girl on the other hand looks like she's totally aware it's her who's in the wrong, and it's the fact that she's wrong that she doesn't care about, or even she's purposefully being mean… and it's just hard to like a character like that.
Anyway fundamentally it's all about her unattractive face and vulgar expressions (as it's those that convey her attitude), which makes her look repugnant, though maybe it's a too strong word, but I wouldn't want to hug her and not because of her being physically dirty, but rather… mentally dirty, I guess? While if her mind were pure I would quite the contrary like the idea of a pure hug undisturbed by physical dirtiness.
