A troll can't make a sticky or locked thread. This was a staff member, and that means it's almost certainly real. And unfortunately it fits with the site going down a few times recently, and at least once it was confirmed the host taking it down because of CP. Apparently the host decided that lolicon wasn't ok either. Which is very unfortunate for us, but honestly not surprising to me. Most hosts don't like this content, that's why it's already banned on most sites.
