Actually, if this is true, than I'm wondering, the page is still up at all. Germany is one of the countries, were drawn (and even written) stuff could be counted as CP and even give you jail time (up to five years), if a judge decides, it shows / describes stuff that's too close to reality (and this is a pretty fuzzy definition and not further clarified, so you never know, if a manga art pic is fine or not for lea / a judge).
