It's important to note that the best experience is dependent on what exactly you're looking for. Beheadings, hangings, and deaths by arrow or gun will be the easiest. For just about all of them, Death Expressions, Postmortem TFC, More Painful NPC Death Sounds, and Enhanced Blood Textures are highly recommended. For beheading, you're going to want VioLens/Decapitation of Hot Chicks/Bad Ends. There was one more mod that added a decapitation station in Whiterun but I can't remember it. For hanging, try "manoose", Bad Ends Executions (again), or some of the more extreme furniture mods. For arrows and guns, besides a gun mod, maybe Realistic Force?
Anyways, there's loads of mods which can make the experience better. This is just using what's on my list right now, there's plenty I forgot, or haven't seen, or have seen but don't know what they're called. As mentioned above, tracking down Pama's account on LoversLab and having a browse is nearly guaranteed to turn up something good. Same with Delzaron.
