I hate to say it, but hanging is the biggest crapshoot. Pama's are uncharacteristically mediocre, your choice is either a very slow garrote or a neck-breaking three-inch drop. The one I can personally vouch for is Bad Ends, and there are other options that I haven't tried myself. As far as I know, there's no great ones, only good ones and bad ones.
